4 Tips To Jump Higher

Trying to jump higher or leap may sound like an easy task to complete. But, even the basics can be easily forgotten and can be reason enough for you to fail. In worst case scenarios, you will get injured.

  1. Calf muscles are at its best when using your toes with jump ropes. Extra weights will even enhance the development of your calves to jump higher.
