With so many choices in vertical jump programs, why would a person choose this particular ebook over the others. You can just read the Jump Manual reviews, but to be honest, they can be boring and repetitive. They can also be “planted” so instead, here are some of the honest-to- goodness actual Jump Manual reviews from paying customers.</p>
<ul>
<li>Jump      Manual requires dedication. You cannot achieve increase vertical jump      without it. It’s hard work, and definitely, not a miracle solution in the      sense that it isn’t immediate</li>
<li>You      need to WANT it because if you are just going along for the popularity      ride, you will give up sooner or later and not achieve anything</li>
<li>Jacob      Hiller can only give you the road map. You need to travel through it to      get that jump height you want.</li>
<li>I’m      29 years old, and I did it. The Jump Manual worked for me in spite of my      age and inexperience. It wasn’t easy, but it was fun</li>

<p>Many of the customers’ Jump Manual reviews also focused on the fact that the author of Jump Manual explained the process, and did not just list down the exercises to do. In many cases, people have responded when they understand the purpose of each drill. This method also worked especially well with teenagers since they prefer getting an explanation before being motivated to move their feet.</p>

<p>There have been some half-hearted reviews that gave the Jump Manual a passing grade. These people claim to have been able to improve their vertical jump by around 5 inches, but inconsistently. Also, they complain that the results are slow in happening, even with the 5 inch increase. There was one 30 year old who did admit that his diet makes him jump well only on certain days, and others days, he fails miserably. He did admit to eating heavily on those days he could not jump higher.</p>
<p>After reading this particular Jump Manual review, others commented that an increase in protein and carbs in the diet will help. Before you do try this advice, be sure to get your doctor’s approval. Anyone with a pre-existing heart or liver condition cannot risk a high protein diet without consultation since a high protein diet could cause hypertension.</p>

There are no ifs or buts about this aspect of physical health, and using artificial methods of beefing up is like driving on the wrong side of the road &#8211; a move backward, not forward.</p>
<p>In vertical jump, your aim is to reduce your weight in such a way that your body is lighter, but your muscle strength is stronger. It’s different from the nutrition of a runner because a runner needs to be light and lean. Jumpers need that extra power from core muscles to reach the best height possible. <span id="more-60"></span></p>
<p>Therefore, to increase vertical jump, your nutrition and diet should follow the following specifics:</p>
<ol>
<li>Increase      muscle mass without adding any fat</li>
<li>Lower      body fat</li>
<li>Heighten      the body’s ability to recover from muscle tension and pressure from      constantly jumping and training</li>

Energy food can either be sugary or energy dense, health foods. This refers to food that contain a lot of protein, sugar and healthy fat without overeating.</p>
<p>Provided you follow the right nutrition for jumpers, being able to increase vertical height is going to be a matter of developing skills through training and discipline.</p>
