Specs: 227/24x .636"/.636" 111.5 LSA,3-Bolt Pattern
Developed and ground in-house using state of the art BTR designed lobes, this new V2 version of their popular LS3 Stage 3 cam is the latest offering in their ever-evolving LS3 line up. This camshaft has an aggressive idle, and works well in the mid to upper rpm range with a 70 horsepower gain at peak. This camshaft will not require any fly cutting of pistons with OEM LS3 combustion chamber size. If you mill your heads, it is always advised to check piston-to-valve clearance. An aftermarket stall converter is necessary for automatic transmission applications.
These new BTR lobe designs were Spintron and Engine Dyno tested to achieve the highest overall power curve while also maintaining strict valvetrain stability and durability standards.

Camshaft only: BTR LS3 Stage 3 camshaft by itself
Steel Retainer Spring Kit with Pushrods: BTR LS3 Stage 3 cam plus BTR Platinum .660" Dual Spring kit with Steel Retainers, Valve Seals, and 7.400" Chromoly Pushrods, 5/16" x .080" wall
Titanium Retainer Spring Kit with Pushrods: Includes the above, but with an upgrade from Steel to Titanium Retainers
Gasket kit: Includes Timing cover gasket, water pump gaskets, front crankshaft seal and new damper bolt
Note:
- DOD/AFM equipped engines will require a conversion to conventional lifters
- VVT engines will require a VVT delete kit
- If installing in an engine originally equipped with a 1-bolt camshaft, a 3-bolt conversion kit will be required
