Factory camshaft from the 1999-06 5.3L LM7 and L59 truck engines. This cam is a perfect choice for daily driver trucks & SUVs performing a DOD/AFM delete, or to replace a damaged stock 4.8/5.3 camshaft while retaining the OEM drivability and fuel mileage. Compatible with the original 3-bolt cam sprocket on 99-06 engines. 07-up engines will require a 3-bolt conversion kit. Not compatible with VVT.
