Replaces 12589016
Compatible with LS and LT Series Engines
Includes 4pc Countersunk Bolt Kit
Fits 2005-2020 Gen III, IV, V GM V8 Engines
Will also work on earlier LS engines as long as Countersunk Torx Bolts are used
Over time the orange seal in the factory camshaft retainer plate hardens and flattens, potentially allowing oil pressure to leak out of the lifter galleys, especially after the plate has been removed and reinstalled for a camshaft swap. This high strength plate features a new silicone seal to keep oil pressure properly flowing to the lifters.
