Point One's E190 series Main Studs boast an impressive 190,000psi nominal tensile strength to keep the main caps firmly planted and prevent bearing wear on your high powered LT build. All fasteners are individually racked and heat treated in-house in vacuum furnaces under the supervision of a full-time metallurgist, and made from only USA sourced high quality steel. Every stud is straightened and centerless ground for exceptional concentricity, and the threads are then rolled post-heat treatment to provide optimal strength. The 12-point nuts are cold forged in-house and vacuum heat treated. Washers are hardened and double-disc ground, further contributing to consistent torque results.
Every critical fastener is made start to finish in Point One's state-of-the-art facility in Rogersville, Missouri. Fasteners are packaged in vacuum sealed bags with external threads sleeve-protected and surrounded by dense foam to ensure your P1 studs arrive in pristine condition.
