The all new Trunnion Kit V2 features a Trunnion with pre-installed inner race bearings. The V1 kits have stood up to an enormous amount of abuse, but we decided to upgrade them to a pressed inner race comprised of 52100 Heat Treated Bearing Steel, over the more commonly used 8620 Carburized Steel found in our V1 kits and many OEM applications. Additionally, these feature a self oiling axle with priority feeding to the Trunnion itself.
OEM bolt's can be reused with this trunnion kit or choose to upgrade your bolts to one of the following:
Michigan Motorsports Allen Head Bolts
Brian Tooley 12pt heads
ARP 234-7207 Rocker Arm Stud Kit

Legit BTR components
I’ve heard people say on forums and Facebook pages that they were unsure if this kit is a legitimate set of BTR parts being that it is shipped from Michigan Motorsports. Well, it indeed is legitimate. Came with everything needed, and actually came with a few extra snap rings and bearings, which was very handy considering that in was inevitable one of the snap rings went flying while trying to install. Everything was a nice good fit, good quality, and works great with my LS1 setup.
